Our very own Steve Winslow is also a master at painting aircraft. You guys should go into business together :)

I'm trying to do a custom A2A paint job for myself as well. When I was a kid growing up we had the family Cessna 182. I got a picture scanned of it, and now I'm trying to convert the paint scheme to the A2A 172. I plan on starting to use the tail number now too. ;)

Anyhow, this is my first attempt. I still have quite a bit of work left. (paint missing on some parts, and the tail needs work.) But I also put a PilotEdge logo on there to show my support! (Need to figure out how to make it pop more though.) :)

Anyhow, let me know what you think and if I'm headed in the right direction.

Fantastic effort! Just need to adjust the font on the registration and finish the paint on the tail. Oh, and the wheel pants...the A2A has wheel pants as an option, right?
