Will PE be compatible with Prepar3D 2.0?

Debating formatting to Windows 8 and doing a new install on all my software. I'd probably leave FSX behind and go purely to Prepar3D 2.0 if I do so, will PE be compatible on launch? Plan to use PE for practice for my instrument rating in the next month or so.

it hasn't been tested yet, but it should be compatible based on the report that the simconnect api hasn't changed. we we'll have formal p3d support in the coming months.

It works. I have done multiple flights on PE with P3Dv2.
