Actually because I did not hear anything, I did not try. The stock plane works (tested it), just can not see the instruments.

Try switching the com switch up. That's what I have to do to be able to hear anything.

I had tested with them up and down. I change to the float model and the COM's worked but NAV1 & 2 stopped. I could only get on beep code and it did not match. When I changed back to the normal model and the COM's worked, with the same NAV issue. This was after uninstalling and reinstalling the C172. So I then tested the X-Plane default 172 and its not working now.

I'm going to start over with x-plane and see what I get. I changed from FSX because it was locking up and a pain to get working. I never thought getting a SIM setup would be so much work. I look forward to flying one day! LOL

Can anyone comment on P3D, is it less problematic?
Are the Saitek products (switch panel, yoke, rudder, COM/NAV, FIP, etc...) working with it?
