hi just installed pe, ptt works like 2 or 3 times, then stopes wirking.

changed ptt key for other one,and same thing.

i did not try dont run administrator for fsx and did not assigned pe as admin,,,,its not my pc im helping someone who has 8.1 i have win7 and i have never seen those issies.

It almost sounds like it's triggering the disconnect function after a few clicks, which would be true if you were using FSUIPC to trigger the function, and FSUIPC was configured to repeat the command instead of holding the command.

Can you verify this is purely the keyboard-based push to talk, and nothing to do with FSUIPC? In other words, you're actually pressing the key on the keyboard?

Haven't tested on win8.1, but it's hard to imagine the OS is causing this problem.
