I have been considering buying smart Co pilot, as it would be fun, but have no fellow simmers to fly with? Anyone interested? I am a rookie pilot, but I do have my ppl here in the UK, so would have some knowledge to pass on, if not a lot. I just fly a little Skyhawk on fseconomy in the pilot edge area and would like some company! Let me know if you're interested! I'm in the utc timezone and can fly in the evenings.

Ed, if I wasn't so completely buried in video production work and other projects, I would've been happy to have flown with you. I hope you'll find someone to take you up on it. Don't give up :)

Hi Ed,

I don't own smart co pilot but have been very much eager to give it a go. I'm a reasonably experienced online pilot and a highly inexperienced real world pilot (11 hours in a 152 to my name). I live in Ireland so that should make things easier from a time zone point of view. I'd be perfectly willing to buy it and have a go flying with you at some stage if you were to help me set it up etc. Also do you fly the Carendao 172 or default? I don't own the Carenado and don't fly default but once again I'm perfectly willing to give things a go.

So we have an Englishman, and an Irishman. We have the beginnings of a hilarious series of jokes if we can find someone from Scotland.

Haha Keith. We should find one! There's 4 seats in a 172 after all....

Would Scotswoman work? Because I'm married to one! Thanks for the really positive feedback guys.

Ed, that'll work.

So, an Englishman, Irishman and a Scottswoman sit down in a 172 and realize that they can't take a fourth person without being over max gross.

Not funny, granted, but probably accurate :)

Okay Keith you started it. An Irishman and a Scotsman walk out of a bar. No, Really, it could happen.
Have fun guys. For what it's worth, checkout the A2A 172. Reviews of its flying characteristics are excellent.

I'm afraid we're XP people. So no A2A for us! :D

Sad sad day when I learned for myself that the A2A aircraft do not support shared cockpit, let alone have a model for x-plane...
