Rules post is now "final"

I removed the draft language from the Rules post. Since someone has completed it, we might start to see some sub-challenges like:
* In a fast airplane (read: jet), start at Apple Valley and fly to each airport with a touch and go to record your "stop". See how many you can complete in X number of hours or even all at once.
* Maybe we can get Keith or a staff member to record some legs as drones, publish the drone schedule, then play "follow the drone" between airports.
* Offline Mayhem: Start with the smallest/slowest airplane, and move up in size and speed after each leg.
