V3 Video with Foreflight Screen

I am watching the V3 Pilot Edge video, part 2, and the person doing the flight has the Foreflight window running during the entire flight. I have a professional subscription to Foreflight right now. How can I get that window on my second monitor so I do not have to run the iPad all the time?
I use FSXFlight to connect FSX to Foreflight already.

I know that FF has a webbased version in beta now but I don't think that's what it is.
Many streamers have their iPad screen shared as well in a separate overlay in their stream. So are you sure it's actually on another monitor of theirs?

Without seeing it, I'd assume they're using AirPlay to display the iPad screen on the computer in order to record it. You can't actually interact with it on the monitor and the iPad has to stay on.

Is AirPlay an emulator or is an emulator something you can interact with?

Airplay allows you to mirror your ipad screen to another screen:
