SOLD: Half of Big Bear (L35) For Sale

A while back I bought Peter's FBO network, which included half of Big Bear (L35). I would like to sell that half, and am offering PE members a head start and a discount. Since the airport is 2-lot but my FBO is only one lot, you get 2 gates for a total of 6 pax. The FBO has both a passenger terminal and a repair shop. As of the date of this post the FBO is supplied for 110 days and has 3008 gallons of 100LL along with 1764 gallons of JetA.
I will sell to a PE member for v$75,000. This is only slightly above the system cost of the building materials, supplies, and fuel (v$ 72,175) and does not take real estate value (location!) into account at all. If interested please reply or send a PM here on PE.
