Help with Display Settings

I have a i7 - 6700k 6th gen. 4.0ghz processor, gigabyte h170 gaming motherboard, 16 gig of DDR4 Ram, SLI Nvidia 960GTX cards, 256 Samsung 850 SSD and 3 TVs hooked up.
I can't get good graphics or frame rates and I'm pulling my hair out. Only other thing i can do is get an unlocked motherboard to over clock the 6700k. but i shouldn't have too. i have all this orbyx scenery and i can't use it because i get OOM errors or frame rates down to 5-9 FPS when landing.
Please somebody help...
