Dropped 3 times from the server in one flight last night

I am using p3d v3.4 and the most recent pe client to connect
I was flying online last night and was dropped three times from the server
Im running both the sim and the pe client with full admin privileges.
I was only aware of being dropped and disconnected when atc got very quiet
What would cause the drops
How do i stop it
Is there some particular fix.
I do not like being dropped when I'm very close to starting or in the final phase of an approach.
That makes things very very busy when you reconnect
