Can't connect to ATC server.

just rejoined Pilotedge and am unable to connect to ATC sever. Checked password, aircraft type, etc. Any suggestions?

You wrote on Oct 31, 8am. It has been 21hrs. Sorry for not responding immediately, I was working on a maintenance issue on the airplane before a business trip and then was tied up with Halloween commitments with the kids.
If you'd like to call it quits, that is your perrogative. This is a small, niche business. We don't have a 24hr outsourced call center with millions of customers.
Shall I take the time to try to help you, or close your ticket? Your call.

Got it all fixed with your help. Did my first IFR flight today. Everything worked.
