Hello fellow pilots!

I was looking at the Pilotedge workshop2 and I'm wondering who would you call to ask for flight following from Pablo Robles. I'm thinking LA Center.
The second question is: why does Keith contact San Luis ground on his Cat2 video when the airport has an approach frequency and he is approaching the airport.

By the way I am loving this! My goal is to get really good at comunicating with ATC and these videos do help out a ton.

The communications section says:

APCH/DEP SVC PRVDD BY OAKLAND ARTCC ON FREQS 128.7

There's never a need to guess at the Center associated with an airport, it's listed as part of the airport information. Again, at the link above, notice the ARTCC is listed as Oakland.

For the CAT2 video, hopefully I call San Luis tower on initial contact, that would be the correct procedure when approaching from outside the Delta airspace.

I must be confusing videos, sorry, tower was indeed called on that one. As for the other question I did not realize the information was under A.R.T.C.C..
