Hello! In the last 10 hours I can not connect to the network. PilotEdge Pilot Client gives a messages:

Enclosed is my current PLan - i Have have requested
Current Plan: PilotEdge ZLA-Only Monthly Membership subscription.
I have requested to change:
New plan will be: PilotEdge Western Expansion-Only Monthly Membership.
Now - the change in the plan will take effect at my next billing. A month from now???
Is this logical?
i live in China and I'm using VPN... Would it a be problem to access the platform.

Yes. There would be almost no point in having 2 different subscription areas if you could just flip back and forth at will. In order to gain immediate access, you would have to upgrade to the combined subscription. Otherwise, all lateral moves (ZLA>WUS or WUS>ZLA) occur at the end of your billing cycle.pgeagea wrote: Is this logical?

The problem has been resolved. Keith explained it all to me. so now, I have a better understanding of how these memberships play out.
