This was from the common error thread.

Issue: Login fails with this message: SendLoginInfo () aborting, unable to get required pilot data from FSInfo
Solution: Don't attempt to connect until your aircraft is positioned on a ramp, and not still on the free flight configuration screen.

Let me know if this does not fix it.

You should wait to run the PilotEdge software until your plane is sitting on the ramp or at your gate. If you try to run it from any point prior to that you will get the error.

Example: When you first start the sim you have to select the airport and aircraft type you are going to fly. Then you have to actually go there and be sitting in the cockpit before you start PilotEdge.

Btw, now that we know when this error occurs, I will update the error message to be user friendly instead of stating a code-level issue.

That will be in the next release, along with the long awaited sound device selection.

That is where I always start is at a gate or ramp in side the aircraft. And I get that error message. I did get on line one time but for some reason cannot reconnect .

You can also get that error if the sim is paused. Please verify the following:

In MSFS, under Settings → General, please turn OFF “Pause on task switch”.
