Traffic not visible

Not sure if this is a known issue. I was flying VFR into PSP from East when I was given a traffic advisory. I never did get a visual on this traffic. Also, I was entering the traffic pattern I heard TWR give instructions to another aircraft to follow me in to 13R. Again I never made a visual on this traffic. Even after landing and parking with a full view of the active I never saw the other traffic. This is the first time I have not been able to see any of the other traffic while connected to the network. I use FSX if that makes a difference.
