I filed the PSPP8A from KTRM to KTOA today and was given the EMMLN ONE arrival in my clearance. Is that arrival appropriate for KTOA? I know it is used for multiple airports in the area of SLI, but KTOA is not listed on the arrival chart, nor is that arrival listed under KTOA's arrival procedures.

If I were flying RW and unfamiliar with SoCal procedures I would have been stumped by that clearance if I looked it up and it didn't exist for Zamperini Field.

This clearance was issued in error by the controller and will be addressed with the controller in question. As you state that arrival is not valid to that airports.
