Since some of the transitional routes over LAX dont have a visual reference point as a selectable waypoint in the GTN data as well as none provide a DME but do list the radial and VOR, I made enter and exit points as user waypoints for easy flight planning. In doing so I thought it might be helpful to others, so here is a short video of how I created the user waypoint in both GarminPilot and then in the GTN750 and then show how to add that new waypoint into the flight plan.
