Great story! Unfortunately I do not fly IRL (only several training lessons) but I can relate a bit as well. If I have a hard day at my day job and I try to fly on PE after all house chores etc. I can tell hiw being tired affects my overall performance.

I was away for 8 years from PE and I am back again and enjoying it to the max.

I was also wondering why and who I I hear when tuned to a particular tower frequency and after finding this thread all became totally clear.

I understand the need for decreasing the time of "teachable moments" as well ...

Newbie here, SIM pilot (not real manned aircraft), and brand new to PE. I got scolded already - for making my traffic calls on the Guard frequency.

Now I check the frequency every time, and make sure I have the right radio selected, before pressing the Talk button. :oops:

Total embarrassment last night. I logged into PE as N212BM and then (what a dummy) filed as N272BM and Flew L88-KSBP. I have a hearing problem and I was thinking that N272BM would be easier to alert me while ATC calls so that is why I changed that. I ...

Dear PE Controllers,

Very simple question. I want to use call sign for the Virtual Airline Dream Flight International.
My call sign would be DFI777

I would like Controllers to refer to me as Dream Flight 777.

Where do I put that information when I log in and when I want to file VFR flight plane ...

C340 is a very nice plane. I consider flying it on PE sometime. I just wish it was more time.
