If I understand correctly, then the first and third in the examples above should include the callsign at the end?
As a true newbie to this stuff, I'm relying completely on these lines, so if the callsigns *should* be there it would be super helpful to update the transcript ...

CAT-03 & 04 transcript questions — when ok to shorten calls
Hi all — not a pilot in real life and just getting started with PE in X-Plane. In the transcripts of both flights, the pilot sometimes doesn’t end his readback with a callsign, and sometimes doesn’t start with the tower he’s calling. For example:
C3: N123AB: “Cleared for takeoff runway 29, report ...
