I have experienced this a lot of times now and I want to know if I am doing something wrong.
I flew from KIFP to KSNA today and did some research on the routing to ensure there is no TEC or FAA preferred route.

I am wondering about one question when flying an ODP.
If the ODP requires a hold to climb to the needed altitude, what happens when I have reached that altitude in the hold? Can I leave the hold on my own as I was cleared for the ODP and the following enroute segment? Or do I have to obtain ...
