.. okay, so what's the bottom line in this case & what is that the pilot should do to avoid busting the "C", is there away to clear "C" prior to take off ????

Weird, ha .... I'll post on AVSIM, maybe one of the guys over there got any idea

... both off & on .. regardless if I'm on the air or on the ground, I get lots of Birds all over, & I hear FSX generic ATC all the time as well, have no idea how to get read of them. I can move the Voice slider to the left but than no ATIS ....

UT2 is off, slider are set to 0, but I still get lots of traffic on the ground & in the air, any idea how to get read of them ????

.... other than the weather ,nothing is easy in SoCal, neither the Fwy's at 0 AGL nor the Airways at 10,000AGL .... it's all packed

Request Flight advisory (Option)
T/O, remain below 3,000 Ft.
Change to SoCal Approach
Request Clearance through Bravo
get clearance, clime to cruising altitude & maintain own navigation.

I'm on the ground at KDSM, which is class Delta squeezed between the international boarder & San Diego Class Bravo. You almost hit The Bravo upon T.O.
My questions are:
Assuming departure to the north:
A. Can/ should I get Clearance while on the ground.
B. If the ...

I see the PE Box, I see my Cessna on the Map .... I check voice & audio setup, & it seems to be okay, but no Radio connection, any Idea ?????
