Thanks for your patience. We just had another user with P3D v5 load up at OSH to test this and they were able to see the flagmen just fine (they weren’t showing as airplanes). Are you certain the files were placed in the correct locations?

Likely an incorrect mic device selected in the client. Inquire on Discord instead. PilotEdge.net/discord
