Ok, so it is not related to the drawing of other aircraft.

Next step, run the task manager and note the CPU usage when PE is not running. Then fire up the PE client and see if PE is taking up a big chunk of CPU.

The PE client is not CPU intensive, especially when there is no traffic. I wonder if or might be a soundcard driver issue (we saw some lockups work another commercial customer as a result of driver issues with the audio equipment.

Hi Keith,

So first: only 1% or less added to the CPU usage when PE client is turned on, so it is not the issue.
I had a look in the device manager and found: "Audio device on high definition audio bus" with a question mark beside it. I'm looking for the drivers on internet as the CD purchased with my motherboard does not seem to have the driver on it. Once the device will be correctly installed, I'll try again PE client and see this has solved the issue or not.

In any cases, I'll let you know. Thanks a lot for your help.

..yeap, parking at KSNA, I noticed some frame reduction (about 30%) as well ...
