Your browser is displaying the file inline. Right click the link and choose SAVE AS. This is the standard procedure for downloading individual files from the web.

I've got the same download problem with Safari. Used firefox, no issue.
Having said that, the 64 bit plugin is not working. Simply replaced the old plugin with this one, no joy
I guess i've figured out what i'm doing wrong now... the 64 bit plugin via the link is windows right?

Just to clarify: I'm assuming the PE 64 bit plugin for 10.22 will work only in Windows. Is that correct? I didn't see anything stating about PE 64 bit for Mac ...

Correct. The 64-bit Mac version is anticipated for Sep or Oct, after a system wide upgrade to the new voice server.
