Before I lowered the setting I was experiencing both, disconnect and then crash.

Last night , with super low settings, it was just disconnect.

I was not running multi monitor setup but the slaves.txt file is still still where it should be, would that make any difference?

I've throttled back some of the newer drones. Let me know how you do when you next test it. It's ok if the slave ini file is there, it'll just mean that it's sending data to nobody, that's all.

Keith, of course I will try again BUT, just out of curiosity... my computer is much better than many others running PE and all was fine until last update, settings are LOW.
How would that be possible? Others do not report disconnecting...

There have been disconnections, people just aren't reporting it on the forum.

Sorry to bring bad news ... disconnected few times. It has to be the 10.22. Always something, as much as I love X-Plane, I hate it at the same time for wasting so much of people's time....

Could you email me the VSPro.out and VSPro.err files from the X-Plane root directory after your next disconnect when you quit xplane?

I seem to have a similar disconnect problem. I have just got a new Windows PC with two XP installations - 10.21r2 and 10.22 and running the PE 32 bit plugin. With both XP versions I am getting disconnected from PE every few minutes (varying from 2 - 5 I would say). I can eliminate my ISP as the source of the problem because I have a Mac XP10.05 that stays connected.

The Windows machine is on a not very strong wireless connection, whereas the Mac is on a wired connection. Is this likely to be the source of the problem or should I look elsewhere?

When were these disconnects occurring? There were some networking issues affecting some users yesterday that were resolved by later in the day.
