the reason i like to compare the real audio and the one we use in pilotot edge, pevee hasnt been a waypoint given to me (direct to) and in live atc they used it a lot,,,,

If you fly the OSHNN SID, you'll likely get direct PEVEE (per the notes on the SID, if memory serves). However, if you're not on a SID that uses PEVEE, you won't be assigned the waypoint.
