Two Peaware issues

Correct, the PEaware system is a legacy codebase and was written (in 2007) for a network environment with a much higher percentage of flights left uncompleted. Therefore it purges out flights when they do not reach their filed destination. This will be addressed when the PEaware system is rewritten, which is on the to-do list about midway down

Tim, thanks for the answers. Could you explain why PEAware didn't delete the flight log I posted above? Was it because I landed back at the origin airport, which was already in the database?

No, it's because the origin and destination are 3nm apart, and PEaware thought you'd arrived at your destination.
