They only have certain ILS equipment switched on at any given time, that's why there are overlapping freqs. Try changing the range on the 7R/6L navaids and it'll probably get you what you need.

PROBLEM SOLVED!

I ve got a reply from an xplane moderator... for those airports like KLAX having ILS opposite directions on the same frequency you have to tick a checkbox "shut down tailwind ILSs" on the local map which will disable the runway end not aimed into the wind. Because i was picking up the other side end thus limited to 25NM instead of 70/50NM
