Weather should be the same, however, runway selection is not something that sim programs generally understand. That's what the real value of the MFR ATIS is.
As a general rule, the calm wind runways are the ones facing more to the west. However, if the tailwind component exceeds 5kts, the airport will use whichever runway is most aligned with the wind. Exceptions would be LAX and SAN (requires 10kt tailwind component before swapping), and SFO (uses 1L/R for departure, or 10L/R if winds are out of the east at 10+ kts, or 28L/R if westerly winds exceed 20kts).
