An alternative approach is to listen to liveatc.net for clearance (unless they use PDC), taxi and takeoff. Once they're in the air, honestly, it's just going to be a few climbs, possibly a couple of headings, then a turn on course. Once enroute in cruise, it's almost nothing but freq changes from center to center. The arrival would be interesting to hear, though.
