This thread for SNA compatibility - basically you have to delete or what I prefer, rename the Orbx files to .bak (or .OFF). And you need to make sure SNA airport is above the Orbx in the scenery library. You can also manage this in FTX Central v2 - click settings (lower left), Tools tab, Library Insertion points. Just drag the orange "FTX" to whatever position you want and Orbx products will do that in the main sim scenery library.
