I know how you feel. Trust me, those of us who have been doing this a long time and are theoretically "up to speed" with it all still get confused (except maybe Peter). To top it all off, the FAA gets confused too. I've had more than one discussion go around and around trying to resolve the hows and whys as the technology morphs and changes. So if you manage to get it all figured out let me know, I'll have some questions for you
