Since we have a tie, I'm going to go ahead and just pick a time between the two and move forward.
The West Coast fly-in will now be on:
Wednesday (planning) / Thursday (Flying) - 8PM PST
Starting this week!

You could always split the difference, i.e. 730PM PST each night?

hehe, I'd rather not as it will just make it more confusing.
I mean ultimately, if someone can make it at 7:30pm, I think they'll be fine making it at 8pm.

Well, I'm on the East Coast, but I can probably grin and bear it. Kudos for making a decision anyway.
