Keith -
Are the instructions for installing PE on a dedicated networked PC the same as before? - i.e. Run the installer on the FSX PC as well as the PE dedicated PC?
Looking forward to using the new client especially with FSUIPC offset control.

No change for multi machine installation. The order of the installation does not matter.

Keith,
I downloaded and installed this and I am not getting any chatter.
UPDATE
I tried it at work on Windows 7 and had no chatter. I had left it on for quite some time.
I installed it at home on Windows 8.1 and it worked.
I will check again at work on Wednesday.

I am sure it has something to do with my end. I will try a reinstall next week and report back.

Ok, I got it working.
As I presumed, it was at my end.
At work I am on a laptop with a docking station and have external speakers plugged into the dock.
I moved the external speakers to the laptop itself and now can hear the controllers.
There must be a problem between the docking station and the laptop itself.
All is good and back to my old habit of tuning in.

The new windows receiver will use the default communications device if one is installed, otherwise it'll use the default playback device. You might want to check the first item.

Hi Keith,
Yes I did go to the playback devices and see that the sound meter was moving on the headphones icon when listening to PE - but I was getting no sound from the external speakers(which were plugged into the headphone jack in the dock).
Once I moved the external speaker jack to the laptop headphone output, I was able to get sound.
I will play more with this on Monday and see if I can set the proper playback device to default.
The best news is that I can now hear the sweet singing voices of ATC once again ringing through my office, keeping me unfocused on my occupation!
