Before all of that, though, let's make sure the other files are in place (the 64-bit versions of fmodex and the other DLL's).
here is the screen shot of the plugin folder, and I did try to uninstall the 2012 C++ n install the 2010 C++ but still came out saying 2012 was installed I'll see the way to remove it all the way I'll keep u posted thanks again for all u help and u time..
update: I did removed the 2012 C++ and installed the 2010 and still say the same thing ....
