Error Occured connecting to ATC server

I was able to log on last night with no problem. Now when I try I get "An error occured connecting to the air traffic control server." I click connect again, it say sending login info, then the pilotedge program crashes. When I restart and try to connect again, I get an error box that says "An error has occured. Click OK to abort Squawkbox. (11) " Any help would be greatly appreciated

Tony,
Are you still having this issue? If so:
- make sure the sim is fully running (ie. parked at a ramp and not paused)
- make sure you're not in the free flight select screen (where you choose the aircraft and location)
- make sure you are using at the correct email address and password
If you've ruled all of those things out, let me know and we'll set up a screen sharing session to find out what's up. In our experience, though, it's been one of those things in 100% of the cases.
