I see a thread for the pilot introductions, but I think an ATC introduction section would be nice too. Like background, location, what made you go into the field as a controller? I feel I have walked the yellow brick road long enough to see the men/women behind the curtain... lol.

Actually, I don't think there is a woman, at least in a front line ATC position, here. They are fairly common now, out there.

We had a controller introduction thread here a while ago, but the majority of people who posted in it (with good intentions) didn't actually end up controlling here. I cleaned it up and moved the intro thread to a private forum that only the controllers can see. This may change in the future, but for now, I have my reasons for doing so. You'll just have to enjoy the mystery for now

Ah, I see. The wizard must remain behind the curtain for now. I'll have to take a rain check for my courage request.. Toto is truly upset...
