Moving Map

I flew a vfr route from Kont to Klax tonight. Upon contacting socal approach I got hammered for entering the class B airspace. My question is is there a product out there like a moving map with a vfr sectional chart overlying your route? It would be helpful on vfr flights if I have some knowledge of where I am in relation to the airspace and etc. Any ideas are welcome.

Realityxp Garmin GPS will display all airspace. It works in just about every sim out there

Unless you're on a Mac......

FSWidgets has several options for Mac users.

Charts don't move, but are invaluable in your flight. Use the TAC to find visual waypoints to avoid the Class B, and always be prepared.

Question on the Reality Xp 430/530. Would it be better to have that display on a secondary screen or can it be embedded into the virtual cockpit? If i do purchase the product do I need to get both the 430 and 530?

They are sold separately. They can be embedded into both the 2D and 3D panels, others may know more about that. I just use the window that opens up.

I would either use
http://skyvector.com/

Or the RXP GNS530w/430w series.. I've got all of them... works well!
