I can hear Tower on COM1 RX led is blinking, so we good here.
I can't transmit (clicking on the "Normal" botton but nothing is happening) TX led is not responding
I set up Window sound Playback to speakers.

Am I missing something ???
Tnx in advance

Yair

BTW

What simulator are we talking about, and how have you configured the PTT?

You're hearing the same controller on tower and clearance because our controllers work multiple positions. If not, we'd need more than 200 controllers to staff the system at any given time.

We generally have one person working the del/gnd/twr positions and another working the radar positions. We can add more in the future whenever it's appropriate.

Btw, here's a forum topic addressing how we handle staffing on PilotEdge:

Hello Keith !

Tnx for the prompt response.
Win7
Fsx Acceleration, FSUIPC registered
PTT Via FSUIPC Saitek Yoke assgin button #1 (Work fine with Voxatc)
When Pressed
PTT Transmit on

When Released
PTT Transmit Off

BTW
...have no idea if it means anything, but during installation I got :
"Setup stop working. A program stop working correctly"
I restart the computer went to programs I see PilotEdge, click on the red Icon, & PE Pups up with no problem. I close PE, lunch FSX, lunch PE, made sure PE is connected & wallah I see the control box .... but can't transmitt

Yair, you had a hot mic (open mic) for about an hour tonight. I heard everything you were saying along with the background noise. Keep in mind that when you are transmitting, you won't be able to hear anything. You probably didn't hear anything because you were non-stop transmitting but your mic does, in fact, work.

Yair, the FSUIPC linkage normally works well. For now, though, try a straight keyboard mapping (scroll lock is used by default) and see how that works.

Yes, the TX and RX lights should work as expected. If you PM me, we can coordinate a time to do some com checks on a non-atc freq to avoid the issue you had before.

This has been solved. The problem didn't reoccur on the next start up.
