SAN - AVX in CRJ2 IFR planning question

Gentlemen,
I want to fly my first CRJ2 flight on PE and I want to make sure I am properly prepared to do that.
I plan on using NFDC Preferred Routes Database for that flight which came up with the data below:
It would be a TEC route J100 SAN MZB293 V27 SXC AVX which translates to 10,000' and filled route MZB293 V27 SXC.

Question, what departure instructions should I expect? I would think, vectors to join V27 or vectors to join MZB293 then V27.
Cheers, AJ

According to the Bombardier website, the CRJ2 requires a minimum of 4,850ft to land. AVX has a 3,000ft runway. I don't think the route will matter all that much

I've been diving on the west side of the island, though, and there are some very nice fish in the kelp beds there. If you take pictures and post them as you sink, we'll try to identify the species for as long as your internet connection lasts.

Oops.
Thanks, Ryan.
I guess, I will have to pick different route.
I would still want to know what to expect if I flew there IFR in BE58 or BE33.
Cheers, AJ

I will make sure I have the camera with me and will post the pictures as soon as I am able..

AJ,
The documentation in the AFD for TEC states that if if the preferred routing begins with an airway, you can expect vectors to join the airway.

Yes, Keith , but in this case is a radial , not airway.
SAN MZB293 V27 SXC AVX which translates to 10,000' and filled route MZB293 V27 SXC
I assume that I will be getting vectors to join that radial.
Cheers, AJ

It's exactly the same concept, yes. Try not to be concerned about what your clearance will be in advance. A valid skill is the ability to copy a clearance when you're hearing it for the first time at a new airport. Call for the clearance, write it down....read it back.
