VFR drones, the PE Pilot Training Program and current ATC audio recordings are offline. All other PE services are operational.
Once power is restored to the office, those two services will be brought back online as soon as possible.
Note: ATC recordings PRIOR to the storm are still available in the archives via the calendar interface.
We are expecting to have power restored in the next 3-5 days at the office.

Thanks for keeping us posted!
Is this why TeamSpeak is down also, I am assuming it is.
Are you still going to make the trip to Dallas?

I did not know that you were also affected by Sandy so bad.
Keeping fingers crossed for all getting back to normal, not just PE wise.
We were lucky, power was out only for 3 hours.
PE can wait a bit , I hope everybody understands.

Denny, yes, TeamSpeak is down, but per the newsletter announcement, we are asking users to transition over to the DigitalThemePark TS3 server in any case: ts3.digitalthemepark.com. There are lots of like-minded pilots over there, I think you'll enjoy their community a great deal. There is even a PE-specific room if you want to use it, passwd is 'pe'.
Yes, still planning on Dallas, I'll drop you a note about that asap, today is my first full day with internet and power

I may have spoken too soon. The power is indeed restored, but the net connection is very spotty. I expect the PE Training Program to load relatively slowly for most people, I'm on line with the customer support group at the ISP to find out the status of the connection.

I missed that on the digital TS, I will switch over.
I know what it's like to be without power for some time and man it's a good day when it comes back. Glad everything is getting back to normal!

The PE training site should be operating at full speed, and drones are now fully connected.

Keith, is PE still down? a group of DTP guys are loggin on at VNY and are intermittently being disconnected.
