There was an operational/scheduling error that lead to no controllers being online this afternoon for a two hour period. I apologize for the service interruption. I realize how poor the timing was after the outage the new server, and the recent FSX client crashes.

We will take action regarding the scheduling error and will investigate the FSX client crashes as a high priority item.
