Couldn't read vspro.pilotedge.net

I haven't been on pilotedge in a few months and just decided to play around again since i have been paying for your service. I initially was connected to pilotedge through xplane and dialed in the com channel. I made a call to Clearance on 125.9 to file my flight plan but never got any response from anyone.

I thought maybe something was messed up so I rebooted the pc, then when it came back up and I went to connect to pilotedge it gives me this error on the bottom of the sign in box. Couldn't read [vspro.pilotedge.net:5559]

I rebooted and tried again. same thing..

Please let me know how to get this resolved.

There was a service issue last night as a result of the interim hardware that is in use right now.
