XP 9.67 PTT broken?

One of our users upgraded to Xplane 9.67 and when he presses the PTT key, he gets the X-Plane ATC menu rather than activating the PE PTT function.
Is anyone else having this issue? I'm going to check tomorrow at the office if I can make it in with the weather.

Couold be he has to remap all of his buttons. The update wipes all button settings back to default.

If it was a mapping issue, then nothing would happen at all when he pushed the button.
This was fixed. The cause was found to be an incorrectly formatted custom CSL (not something we shipped with, but something added by the user later on). The plugin was only partially initializing as a result, and never registered the contact ATC handler, hence the xplane default menu was showing up instead of it working the PE radio.
