server changes

Just deployed a new version of the server this morning with the following changes:
1) introduced support for web-based flight plan filing (coming soon, we'll let you know)
2) adds check for lower-case callsigns. This is a problem with the X-Plane client. Now the server won't let you connect unless you use all uppercase, which is required.
3) aircraft ICAO code now required. Some people were connecting with blank aircraft ICAO codes.
4) adds check for callsigns containing spaces. Login now fails if spaces are detected.
