This fixes a significant memory leak and adds support for starting without a headset connected (no longer crashes, just disables voice tx/rx instead).

Windows only right now, I am working on a new Mac build that should work on 10.6.x and 10.5.x, rather than having 2 separate Mac builds.

The Mac build is done. This introduces support for 10.5.x and 10.6.x in a single package (rather than a separate 10.5.x download). I also updated the CSL library in the Mac download, so be sure to copy the VSPro Resources folder again. This adds support for gliders, as well as the F-4 Phantom, which is going to start featuring in the drone list.
