I-10 and I-11 no longer require registration

Due to growing interest from commercial customers, and a few other reasons, I've decided to make the I-10 and I-11 viewable to the public. This removes the need for pilots to register separately on the training site (which runs on a legacy content management system with its own user database). We'll be migrating the training program to a centralized platform within the web site as one of the next projects.
