Map view of pattern work

Going for a r/w flight tomorrow morning, feeling very rusty, thought I'd jump on the Baron to do some pattern work. Started on 19R, was changed to 19L, did two laps there and attempted to honor the 15 degree offset. First pattern was tight, so I flew a left crosswind for 5 seconds longer on the second one.

Ok, I obviously need sim flying lessons. lol
When I do pattern work my flight path looks like some sort of half drunk, slightly deranged seagulls flight path. You're look like something out of a manual on the route you should fly.

PEAware shows data that's captured once every minute. Pattern work is always going to look like a complete wreck on that tool. Here's my same flight on peaware:
