So when I was flying today into hemet I noticed to other planes in the pattern, so I figured why not join em'. Anyways what I did notice is that the aircraft were on the wrong CTAF frequency per the A/FD. Would it be appropriate to tell them that they are on the wrong frequency?

Are you certain these weren't drone aircraft? Many drone aircraft fly VFR in, out, and remain in patterns at many of the uncontrolled airports in the ZLA area. Since they're automated, they don't announce positions on the CTAF for those airports.

Huh?!! Are you saying the same pilot was flying two different aircraft?

I am saying that the two separate aircraft that were flying around, had two different voices, same name, but on the wrong frequency for the airport.

Commercial customers will have the same name regardless of the amount of connections.

Thanks, Ryan. That makes sense, but if they all have the same call sign, how do you ATC folks contend with that?

If they have the same callsign, they won't be able to connect. It needs to differ in some way.

so my question still remains, would it be appropriate to mention to pilots using the wrong ctaf frequency that they are on the wrong one for the airport listed per the A/FD

What would you do in real life? Personally, I would have no qualms respectfully advising them of the error. Better me than the FAA!
@Ryan - Thanks for the clarification.
