At GRAMM, there is a speed and altitude restriction: 280KIAS, 17000-FL210. Is a jet with a maximum IAS of 250K able to fly this STAR? The only jet I'm halfway proficient at is the Citation Mustang, which redlines at 250.

I'm not sure what they give Mustangs in real life, maybe they end up putting them on the KIMMO2. For our purposes, it's ok, just let the controller know that you'll be unable the 280kias.
